Vehicle Cargo Capacity

I am attempting to edit the vehicle cargo limits based on specific vehicles to better balance, how I feel the cargo limits should be.  I.e. I noticed that the Mohawk helicopter has the same cargo as the pickup truck, but a Mohawk could likely carry 4 pickup trucks and still have some extra power to spare.

Where would I find that array?  Or is it somehow automatically calculated?   I have searched aroun din the files for it for several hours now to no avail.

Look for addons\R3F_LOG\config. Scroll to line 416 or near by and find:

Also, I wouldn't consider it a 'loadout' per sae.  So I didn't pay attention to that topic.
