Preventing massive teleporting ?

Hey!

Don't know if its only on my server or new hack in town but i've been receiving a lot of hackers teleporting everyone.

I can get them on the setpos.log, but i was wondering if you guys have anything in filters to prevent mass teleport, so when they start teleporting people get kicked.

Its a pain in the ass this teleporting hackers this last days on my server

Add this to your BEServer.cfg. You might need to tweak the values a little.

This allows 5 of these actions to take place in 1 second. If you go past the threshold you get kicked. This is per player.

I removed maxsetpos because i was getting random massive kicks because of it

We discussed that in this thread http://forums.a3wasteland.com/index.php?topic=1443.msg9267

i even increased the maxsetpos to 10 1 and i was still getting massive random kicks dont know why so i ended removing it

just a shot in the dark, what you have in your setpos filter ? you dont suffer from massive kicks with the maxsetpos ?

MaxSetDamagePerInterval 10 1
MaxDeleteVehiclePerInterval 4 1
MaxAttachToPerInterval 5 1
MaxSetPosPerInterval 5 1

I get a setPos count restriction maybe once a week - oddly enough, usually really laggy player, but nothing on a massive scale.

It's also caught a few hackers doing some weird OPFOR only mass teleport. Same thing for the AttachTo, that catches anyone doing weird stuff like building cock 'n balls choppers xD

I don't have a setPos.txt

The only other thing I have for teleporting is this in my scripts.txt

Your mass kicks might because you use the old R3F. With the new R3F these settings work fine.
My setpos.txt only logs but excludes the R3F moveable things:

Need to update to new R3F then.
