extdb3 error

Hi, I'm trying to setup the extDB for the tanoa a3wasteland on a armahosts server but is giving me this error when i start the server, now i dont know what am i doing wrong, i tried redoing it again 2 times but is still giving me the same error

I have restarted the server and start from scratch but im scared to do the database and brake the server again, could anyone help me thru on a discord call? thank you
