Tips to build a nice water/shore base?

Hey, I was wondering if I could get some tips of how I can build a nice base on top of the water. What parts I should build with? And how should I place it?  :)

<=WGL=> Wargamelabs.com  has build a number of water bases on tops servers with the following supplies :

First you need to airlift a hemitt Box truck to a general store and purchase 1 pier that will fill the truck up. A 2 man crew both with diving gear must airlift hemitt box to base location in the water. One person jumps into the water and unloads the hemitt box that is hovering with the hemitt box truck level with the water. Position the pier and  (release Horizonal ) or the pier will sink to the bottom of the ocean.

From there you may add towers and other base equipment like stairs and light poles etc (all must be released horizonal )

all objects must be locked every three days to preserve the base !

also we can answer questions  at our Teamspeak3 ip          (72.193.7.79)

just ask for Borg or Goodkill

Cheers

I don't know if it's the pier I used in my own server. If yes, how did you make them transportable? I've enabled them in the R3F LOG.  However, we could neither move it nor lift it.
