after uisng verifySignatures = 2, player cannot join

Hi,
I have set up a dedicated server using verify signatures = 2 and everything is good. However, after I modify the
verify signatures = 2, all players cannot join.

i post the log here.

 I get no info in the title bar of the console window and nothing shows in the browser
