Earplugs problem

Can't figure out.

In vehicles, they work perfectly. But while beeing outside, pressing END key only cause a notification (as usual), the sound reduces for very short and then turns on again as normal.

I use ROS sandstorm script. Could it be, this prevents using the earplugs?

All earplugs do is call the fadeSound command. If some other script also calls fadeSound, it will cancel out the earplugs effect.

Was another script, but we managed to fix it.  ;D

odd - the snake bite script uses the speech channel so shouldnt affect it. Pleased you found this anyway - It can be fixed by just removing two lines ..
