He doesn't see ATMs marker either.

are you running infiSTAR? it has settings that will do this exact same thing. admins see all map markers/atm's, regular players do not

Which setting is it? I can see the atm markers in that little map shown @ "random spawn menu"... all is fine there, including my positions... but if i m respawned and hit m all is gone... its exactly just the map griffinzs sposted. no atms anymore...

no no no, this was fixed in dev branch on Jun 14 and apex branch on Jun 27, it's not the same thing. If the player had that bug he would see the opposite of what you posted, all players and ATMs but no stores or missions. your problem is not an Arma bug, something is removing the Draw events from your map.

The client RPT does indeed show nothing, because it's not a script error. If infistar blocks something I highly doubt it would show as well, it's probably doing it silently. Draw events cannot be explicitly detected, but can be removed at any moment.

maybe Matt76 can provide you with an answer, I think he does run infistar without any issues, but I'm not sure.

otherwise you should go on infistar forum and ask how to prevent ctrlRemoveAllEventHandlers "Draw" from being called on the map
