Integrating RHS: Escalation into wasteland?

This mod is, simply, stunning!

I'd like to replace all the weapons & attachments/uniform/gears/vehicles used in Wasteland Altis with the custom ones included in the mod. Is this even possible? If yes, how should I do that?

No one gonna change those stuff for you unless you pay someone or you may edit yourself, btw tons of thing need to edit
